What Makes Simply Music different?
Simply Music offers something unique to the field of music education. With a keen insight into the psychology of learning and each person's unique need for musical expression, Neil Moore has devised a piano curriculum that rises well above traditional teaching methods. Simply Music sets itself apart in several ways:
Appropriate for All Ages and Stages of Learning
The Simply Music Approach is appropriate for students of all ages from 6 years and up. The program's foundational repertoire pieces are simple yet elegant, bringing accessibility to beginners of any age while providing material that sounds mature and is satisfying to play. Children love playing with both hands from their first lessons; adults love to play music that sounds more advanced than Mary Had a Little Lamb, and both love playing the blues within the first few weeks. Simply Music's unique and exceptional repertoire keeps younger students interested and engaged and dispels the myth that for adults it is too late to learn music.
Uniquely Suited for Group Lessons
While the Simply Music method works very well in the private lesson environment, it was uniquely developed for shared lessons. As Neil Moore has said, "Life is a group, and family is a group, and we learn best when we learn together."  Simply Music is well-suited for homeschool groups, senior groups, or any group of people who want to learn together. (With children, student age will be considered when grouping students together.)
